Counsel at Freeman, Mathis & Gary on Wednesday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's London, Hiscox Insurance Company Inc. and other defendants to Georgia Southern District Court. The complaint, which centers on the refusal to settle and denial of coverage for injury claims in an underlying action, was filed by Harris Lowry Manton on behalf of Catherine Moore, as legal guardian and next friend of Jonathan Moore. The case is 4:22-cv-00147, Moore v. Hiscox, Inc. et al.
