Lawyers at Drew Eckl & Farnham on Friday removed a trip-and-fall lawsuit against Walmart to Georgia Southern District Court. The suit was filed by the Eichholz Law Firm on behalf of Mylar Moore. The case is 4:22-cv-00139, Moore v. Walmart Stores East LP (Delaware).
