Lawyers at Hawkins Parnell & Young on Thursday removed a product liability lawsuit against United Rentals, a Connecticut-based rental equipment company, to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, for personal injuries caused by an allegedly defective centrifugal pump, was filed by Busch, Reed, Jones & Leeper and the Phillips Law Firm on behalf of Zackery Morgan and Brittney Morgan. The case is 1:22-cv-01552, Morgan et al v. United Rentals, Inc. et al.
