Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith filed a lawsuit Thursday in Florida Middle District Court on behalf of National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh. The complaint, seeking declaratory judgment on insurance claims, targets Crystal Ashley and Shaw Development. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
