Freeman, Mathis & Gary filed an insurance coverage lawsuit Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of Nautilus Insurance Co., a subsidiary of W.R. Berkley. The suit, which pursues claims against Mildred Collins-Williams, Contour Eastwyck LLC and Pebbles McClain, seeks a declaration that Nautilus has no duty to defend and indemnify the defendants in an underlying wrongful death lawsuit.
