New Suit - Class Action

King & Spalding, the American Civil Liberties Union, in-house counsel at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and other legal organizations filed a civil rights class action Wednesday in California Northern District Court against the City of Mountain View. The complaint was brought on behalf of residents who live in recreational vehicles who protest a city ordinance banning street parking of oversized vehicles. The city is accused of using the ordinance as a pretense for ridding the city of its low-income population. The case is 5:21-cv-05381, Navarro et al v. The City of Mountain View.
