Moore & Van Allen filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit on Aug. 9 in North Carolina Superior Court for Mecklenburg County on behalf of United Community Bank. The complaint targets Eric Matthew, Nest Homes LLC and Zeno Brent Hawkins for allegedly defaulting under a promissory note and seeks to recover more than $4.1 million in damages.
