Attorneys at Duane Morris on Friday removed a consumer class action against Jaguar Land Rover North America to New Jersey District Court. The complaint, filed by attorney Lewis G. Ader and Perlman-Depetris Consumer Law, alleges that the 2017 Land Rover Range Rover Sport has a defective fuel system. The case is 1:21-cv-14698, Nejat et al v. Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC.
