Locke Lord filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Wednesday in Illinois Northern District Court on behalf of New Dairy Opco. The suit targets Pullman Sugar for allegedly failing to fulfill the obligations of a liquid sucrose supply contract. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
