Law firm Traina & Traina and Jack A. Traina were slapped with a legal malpractice lawsuit on April 12 in New Jersey Superior Court for Passaic County. The lawsuit, filed by the Skiff law Firm on behalf of Anthony Campisi and Massimo Iuele, contends that the defendants failed to initiate an arbitration action based on the false predicate that the plaintiff's failed to supply necessary documents.
