Counsel at Calcagni & Kanefsky on Thursday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Aetna, a health care insurance company, and Multiplan Inc. to New Jersey District Court. The complaint, for unpaid medical services rendered, was filed by Halkovich Law on behalf of NJ Pediatric Neuroscience Institute. The case is 2:22-cv-07203, NJ Pediatric Neuroscience Institute v. Aetna Life Insurance Company et al.
