Counsel at Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie on Friday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against US Compounding to Nevada District Court. The suit was filed by Wiley Petersen on behalf of Numale Medical Center and other plaintiffs. The case is 2:21-cv-01304, Numale Corporation, a Nevada corporation et al v. US Compounding, Inc., an Arkansas corporation.
