Robinson & Cole filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Tuesday in Pennsylvania Middle District Court on behalf of Nutrien Ag Solutions Inc. The suit brings claims against DeAngelo Brothers LLC and related entities for alleged failure to pay for $750,000 of goods supplied in 2021. The suit contends that the defendants systematically transferred assets to evade creditors' claims. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
