Counsel at Littler Mendelson on Friday removed a lawsuit against the Geo Group, a real estate investment trust that invests in private prisons and mental health facilities, to Florida Northern District Court. The suit, over alleged racial employment discrimination, was filed by attorney Marie A. Mattox on behalf of Isabella Odom-Ford. The case is 5:22-cv-00132, Odom-Ford v. The Geo Group, Inc.
