Lawyers at Bowman and Brooke on Friday removed a lawsuit against Whirlpool, the home appliance manufacturer, to Florida Middle District Court. The complaint, over property damage arising from an allegedly faulty product, was filed by in-house lawyers on behalf of Olympus Insurance. The case is 8:21-cv-01945, Olympus Insurance Company v. Whirlpool Corporation.
