Counsel at Greenberg Traurig on Friday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Englewood Marketing Group, a distribution and logistics business, to Georgia Southern District Court. The complaint, seeking over $300,000 in damages for an alleged breached agreement for sorting and packaging services, was filed by ONL-RBW Logistics. The case is 4:23-cv-00145, Onl-Rbw Logistics LLC v. Englewood Marketing Group Inc.
