Christopher D. Tomlinson and Joseph Piligian of Moore & Van Allen have entered appearances for Evolution Sports LLC and Damarius Bilbo in a pending breach-of-contract lawsuit. The suit, filed Sept. 9 in Georgia Northern District Court by Fox Rothschild on behalf of Opes Capital Fund I LP, Worth Financial Tax Services and other plaintiffs, pertains to enforceability of a draft settlement agreement.
