Sanders Law Group filed a copyright infringement lawsuit Friday in Georgia Northern District Court against Gizzelle James Couturiere Inc., operator of the Instagram account couturegirl17. The suit pursues claims on behalf of photographer Edward Opinaldo, who claims that his image of Amal Clooney was posted without authorization. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-00582, Opinaldo v. Gizzelle James Couturiere Inc.
