Cole, Scott & Kissane filed a trade secret lawsuit Thursday in Florida Middle District Court on behalf of solar energy company Orbit Energy & Power. The suit brings claims against former Orbit COO Francis X. Washart and other defendants in connection with the launch of a competing business. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 8:21-cv-01933, Orbit Energy & Power, LLC v. Washart et al.
