Gibbons and Venable filed a trade secret lawsuit Tuesday in New Jersey District Court on behalf of Orthobond Corp. The suit targets Molecular Surface Technologies and four former top Orthobond executives for allegedly misappropriating proprietary information related to Orthobond's patented antimicrobial surface technology. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:22-cv-00217, Orthobond Corporation v. Burel et al.
