Nestle, the Swiss multinational food and beverage company, was hit with a consumer class action Monday in New Jersey District Court over the company's Boost brand glucose control nutritional drink. The suit, filed by Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer, alleges that the product's labeling falsely suggests that it can help consumers manage blood sugar. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:22-cv-02855, Owen v. Nestle Healthcare Nutrition, Inc.
