Pennsylvania Hospital, University of Pennsylvania Health System and other defendants were hit with a medical malpractice lawsuit on May 16 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. The suit, over alleged complications arising during childbirth, was filed by Van Naarden Spizer Chase Pinto. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 230501676, Glenn et al. v.
