Attorneys at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz on Tuesday removed an employment lawsuit against cloud services provider Plume Design Inc. to California Northern District Court. The suit was filed by Latter Law Group on behalf of Michael Paparella, Plume's former vice president for channel development, who brings claims for age discrimination, unlawful termination and unpaid commissions. The case is 3:22-cv-01295, Paparella v. Plume Design, Inc.
