Parker-Hannifin, a manufacturer of industrial components and materials, sued Testo SE & Co. KgaA and Testo Inc. Wednesday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court over patent infringement claims. The lawsuit, which asserts two patents related to a sensor system for refrigerant units, was filed by Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath and Renner Kenner Greive Bobak Taylor & Weber. Attorneys have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-00135, Parker-Hannifin Corp. et al v. Testo, Inc. et al.
