Delta Air Lines and other defendants were slapped with a class action Monday in Florida Middle District Court. The lawsuit, brought by Ferguson Law on behalf of Delta employees who are not fully vaccinated, contends that Delta requires unvaccinated employees to pay $200 extra for insurance, and subjects them to 'discriminatory' PCR tests and mask mandates in alleged violation of the Nuremberg Code and their religious rights. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:22-cv-00171, Patrick et al v. Delta Airlines, Inc. et al.
