Steve A. Miller and Jessica Reed-Baum of Fisher & Phillips have stepped in as defense counsel to Pizza Hut locations operator Palo Alto and other defendants in a pending collective employment action. The complaint was filed July 31 in Colorado District Court by Biller & Kimble on behalf of delivery drivers who claim that they were not properly reimbursed for business expenses. The case, assigned to U.S. Magistrate Judge Scott T. Varholak, is 1:24-cv-02109, Patterson v. Palo Alto, Inc. et al.
