The Broward County Board of County Commissioners, doing business as Big Lots Plaza, and other defendants were hit with a parking accessibility class action Friday in Florida Southern District Court. The suit, over alleged violations of the ADA, was brought by Garcia-Menocal & Perez. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 0:22-cv-61272, Payne v. Broward County Board of County Commissioners et al.
