Podhurst Orseck filed a lawsuit Thursday in Florida Southern District Court against Johnson & Johnson Consumer over its Neutrogena sunscreen lines. The complaint is one of a string of suits contending that the defendant failed to disclose that its products contain benzene, a known carcinogen. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-23189, Pedron v. Johnson & Johnson Consumer, Inc.
