New Suit - Medical Malpractice

Phoenixville Hospital, Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia, Einstein Endocrinology Associates and other defendants were hit with a medical malpractice lawsuit on June 23 in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. The court action was brought by Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin on behalf of a plaintiff claiming to have sustained injuries due to allegedly being improperly diagnosed. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 230602320, Gray vs. Einstein Medical Center Montgomery Etal.
