New Suit - Medical Malpractice

Genesis HealthCare, Sunrise Senior Living, The Quadrangle and other defendants were hit with a medical malpractice lawsuit on Sept. 5 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. The lawsuit, brought by Haberman Law, alleges the defendants failed to provide a skilled nursing facility patient with physical therapy or appropriate wound care, leading to wound infection and death.
