Elizabeth F. Lorell of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has entered an appearance for Christian Heating and Air Conditioning in a pending lawsuit over alleged employment discrimination and wrongful termination. The action was filed Aug. 16 in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court by Bell & Bell on behalf of the company's former HR director, who alleges that she was unlawfully terminated in retaliation for objecting to violations of overtime laws and COVID-19 regulations.
