Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial filed a lawsuit Tuesday in Georgia Southern District Court on behalf of Jean Perry. The complaint, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, takes aim at BSC Trucking Inc., Southern Insurance Company and other defendants.
