Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Tuesday in Nevada District Court on behalf of Michel Piccolotto, a French car enthusiast. The suit brings claims against Michael V. Lecuyer and One of a Kink Investment USA Holdings for alleged failure to deliver a replica 1967 Shelby GT500 Mustang pursuant to a 2017 contract. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
