Motorola Solutions and the U.S. government sued Wednesday in California Central District Court for alleged falsification of evidence in an underlying copyright infringement action. The lawsuit was brought by Lesches Law on behalf of Harold Pick, who seeks to vacate a $1.2 million judgment awarded to Motorola due to alleged corruption of judicial proceedings against him.
