Attorneys at Goldberg Segalla on Monday removed a product liability lawsuit against Procter & Gamble to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by the Mattioli Law Firm on behalf of the parents of a baby who allegedly suffered a negative skin reaction after one of Gain's Flings! laundry detergent pods failed to fully break down in the washer.
