Klaussner Furniture Industries filed an employment class action Aug. 10 in Delaware District Court under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act. The suit was brought on behalf of Margolis Edelstein, Lankenau & Miller and the Gardner Firm on behalf of workers who were laid off due to a plaint closure and seek unpaid wages and benefits for sixty calendar days.
