Burr & Forman filed a copyright infringement on behalf of Broadcast Music Inc. and other plaintiffs on Aug. 17 in Georgia Northern District Court. The suit targets Stephen Clark, doing business as Old Fountain Tavern, for alleged unauthorized public performances of musical compositions from the BMI Repertoire. The case is 1:23-cv-03657, Broadcast Music, Inc. v. Clark.
