Alpha and Omega Vision Center LLC and MH Sub I LLC were slapped with a copyright infringement lawsuit on Nov. 14 in Georgia Southern District Court. The complaint, brought by SRipLaw on behalf of Marco Verch, arises from the allegedly unauthorized use of the plaintiff's work on the defendant's social media page. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:23-cv-00167, Verch v. Alpha and Omega Vision Center, LLC.
