Broadcast Music and other defendants sued Viking Ventures d/b/a Highlanders Tavern and Grill on Dec. 5 in Georgia Northern District Court. The lawsuit, filed by Burr & Forman, accuses the defendant of publicly playing four copyrighted songs without authorization. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:23-cv-05562, Broadcast Music, Inc. v. Viking Ventures, LLC.
