Morgan, Lewis & Bockius filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit on Jan. 16 in Connecticut District Court on behalf of Manufacturers and Traders Trust Co. The suit takes aim at 350 Salmon Brook Street, Athena Meadowbrook and Baygrape Associates and seeks to recover more than $5.3 million in principal plus accrued interest from the defendants for defaulting under a mortgage loan. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:24-cv-00049, Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company v. Athena Meadowbrook, LLC.
