New Suit - Insurance
Century Indemnity filed an insurance coverage lawsuit against the Diocese of Trenton, All Saints Church and other defendants on Feb. 5 in New Jersey District Court. The suit, brought by Clyde & Co., seeks a declaration that Century has no duty to defend or indemnify the defendants against hundreds of underlying claims of sex abuse of minors. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:24-cv-00685, Century Indemnity Co. v. Diocese of Trenton et al.
