Boys' Club and Girls' Club of Bridgeport was hit with a trademark infringement lawsuit on March 1 in Connecticut District Court. The court action, filed by Cantor Colburn LLP on behalf of BGCA IP Support and Boys & Girls Clubs of America, accuses the defendant of using a mark confusingly similar to the plaintiff's 'Boys and Girls Club' mark without authorization.
