Netherlands-based amusement ride manufacturer Vekoma Rides Engineering filed a patent infringement lawsuit on April 3 in Florida Middle District Court. The court action, brought by Allen, Dyer, Doppelt, & Gilchrist, names Bolliger & Mabillard Consulting Engineering regarding its 'Pipeline: The Surf Coaster' ride, featured at SeaWorld Orlando.
