Former NBA Hall of Fame basketball player Dominique Wilkins and Wilkins & Longman Management Group sued AmeriHealth Partners on May 6 in Georgia Northern District Court over trademark infringement claims. The court case, brought by Hotchkiss Hoffecker Peacock and Potter Law, accuses the defendant of using Wilkins' name, likeness and image in AmeriHealth's marketing materials for the nausea supplement PeptideVite without his authorization or consent. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:24-cv-01972, Wilkins v. Amerihealth Partners, LLC.
