Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney filed a trade secret lawsuit on June 11 in Pennsylvania Middle District Court on behalf of HVAC company Ainsworth Inc., formerly known as Enginuity. The complaint pursues claims against former high-ranking employee Aaron Agnoni for allegedly misappropriating tens of thousands of proprietary files on behalf of a competitor. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 4:24-cv-00959, Ainsworth, Inc. v. Agnoni.
