Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr filed a trademark infringement lawsuit on June 21 in Illinois Northern District Court on behalf of Illinois Tamale Company. The court action, which targets Little Caesar Enterprises and LC Trademarks, accusing the defendants of using the plaintiff's 'Pizza Puff' trademark and the confusingly similar 'Crazy Puff' mark in connection with the sale of its food products.
