Greenberg Traurig filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit on June 27 in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of Team Herschel Inc., the campaign organization for Herschel Walker’s 2022 campaign for the United States Senate. The complaint, targeting Scott Howell and Company Inc., the media agency and a strategist for the campaign, alleges that the defendant breached the parties' agreement by setting up an escrow account funded by inflated advertising costs and paying a vendor with funds from escrow for services that were not performed.
