K&L Gates filed a trademark infringement lawsuit on Aug. 13 in North Carolina Western District Court on behalf of Husqvarna Professional Products. The suit targets Simple Works for allegedly selling non-genuine products using the plaintiff's 'Husqvarna' marks without authorization. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:24-cv-00740, Husqvarna Professional Products, Inc. v. Simple Works, Inc.
