Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers removed a lawsuit against Auto-Owners Insurance and other defendants to Georgia Middle District Court on Friday. The suit, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by attorney Michael E. Gumprecht on behalf of Jerry Poindexter. The case is 7:21-cv-00128, Poindexter v. Auto-Owners Insurance Company et al.
