Morgan, Lewis & Bockius filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Friday in New Jersey District Court on behalf of Puerto Rico-based Point Blank Protective Apparel & Uniforms, a manufacturer of ballistic vests for the United States military. The complaint pursues claims against Vertical Source Inc. and its CEO Christopher R. Neary for allegedly refusing to perform under a joint venture agreement and refusing to pay $1.1 million in unpaid invoices. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
